For our film project we will be showed "The Secret of Roan Inish"and "Boogaloo and Graham" at Duffy's Tavern. Both of these films are Irish which wethought would beappropriate for the setting as well as age appropriate for thevariety of patrons that go to Duffy's. "The Secret of Roan Inish" is a film set in post-war 1940s Ireland and intertwines the story of a little girl, trying to find her lost brother and selkies, seals that turn into people, a mythical creature that is common in Irish Folklore."Boogaloo and Graham" is a 2015 Oscar-Nominated

short set Belfast during the 1970s, a very tumultuous time in

Ireland. The film centers around two little boys and their new

unusual pets, two chickens that they name Boogaloo and Graham.
